About the Therapist
My name is Regina – I am passionate about helping people to maintain their health or to ensure that they feel better faster. Therefore I offer Remedial / Sports Massage (myofascial release and deep tissue) as well as various holistic therapies. Helping people to overcome illness or injury (and the frustration that comes with that) and not being able to achieve all that they want at work, at sport or at home etc. is my aim. Helping people to get back on track is what I enjoy. During my career I have treated all age groups and my therapy approach is always steady and effective.
I am a bilingual (English and German) experienced and fully qualified Therapist. I enjoy providing professional treatments in my small but very nice treatment room in Biddulph Moor in Staffordshire.
For many years now have I been treating clients who needed Sport Massages (for injury treatment and prevention, pre- and post – events), or enjoyed Swedish -, Thai Foot -, Eastern Fascial Acupressure, Hot Stone -, Warm Eastern Bamboo-, and Indian Head Massages, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Thermal Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candling) and Reiki.
As a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and the Sports Massage Association (or Soft Tissue Association) [SMA] I receive regular professional information about the therapies that I have been trained to carry out. I therefore committed myself to continuous professional development in order to be a member of the FHT and SMA.
It might be needless to say that I abide by FHT’s and SMA’s code of Ethics and Professional Practice and by the five Reiki principles.
As a professional I am fully insured and only use professional and ‘CE’ tested equipment.
Since I have a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher qualification I teach Reiki from Level I to Master and Teacher Level.
I hold a trainer / assessor qualification and have trained many people on their job. I have also been teaching for the Stoke-on-Trent College (Staffordshire) in recent years.
